Notice and timing
How delinquency is handled
Grace period after the due date
14 days after the due date for current charges; accounts are subject to cutoff if not paid after that period.
Late-fee calculation
A late fee is assessed on any amount not paid by the due date shown on the bill. The reviewed DU pages do not state the percentage or flat dollar amount of the late fee. A returned check costs $30; tampering and service-truck charges are separate from ordinary delinquency.
Disconnection timeline
The bill’s due date starts the 14-day post-due-date period. If current charges remain unpaid after 14 days, the account is subject to cutoff. The reviewed residential page does not publish a more detailed notice-to-field-shutoff calendar.
