Pay by text
California American Water's current Baldwin Hills billing materials do not publish a text-to-pay keyword, short code, or SMS enrollment workflow. The company may send account alerts or notices when contact information is maintained, but customers should enroll for payment through MyWater or use the Paymentus guest-pay page and should not enter credentials into an unsolicited text message.
Mail-in address
California American Water, P.O. Box 7150, Pasadena, CA 91109-7150. Mail a check or money order with the payment stub and allow sufficient postal time. The company instructs customers not to mail cash and not to use staples or paper clips with the payment.
Counters, drop boxes, and office hours
The current California American Water payment page does not identify a staffed Baldwin Hills cashier or a fixed public counter schedule. Customers can use authorized payment locations by presenting the bill barcode; the barcode can also be texted to the customer's own phone from the bill for scanning at a participating location. Location availability and hours vary by authorized retailer, and the current locator controls. No cash should be mailed; customers should confirm accepted instruments and retailer fees before paying in person.
