Provider-specific review
What the public record says about a leak adjustment
The 2026 rules provide a formal bill-dispute and meter-error process rather than a published automatic hidden-leak credit. A customer should contact Customer Care by the current-bill due date for first-level review; unresolved cases can escalate to the Assistant General Manager and then a written General Manager hearing. Meter tests are available, with refunds for meters more than 2% fast and estimated consumption for non-registering meters based on prior/subsequent use and comparable customers. The public rules do not promise a specific private-leak percentage credit, so customers should repair the leak and retain invoices while requesting review.
