Provider-specific review
What the public record says about a leak adjustment
Santa Maria encourages customers to inspect toilets, faucets, valves and irrigation and offers conservation visits and leak-detection kits, but the reviewed pages do not publish an automatic percentage credit for private leaks. A customer may request a written utility-bill review within 45 calendar days of issuance by email, mail or in person; the bill must generally be paid before review, and if an error is found the Billing Manager may issue a credit on the next bill or a refund requested in the written appeal. Customers should document repairs and retain invoices or photographs when asking for a case-specific review.
