EVWD's leak-adjustment/variance program allows customers who discover and repair a large leak to call Customer Service or submit a Leak Adjustment Request. The District's budget-based structure is intended to work with customers who take corrective action; supporting repair documentation should be submitted by the published form, email, fax or mail. The public page does not publish a universal percentage or dollar cap, and irrigation-system leaks are subject to the District's review and policy limits.
