Provider-specific review
What the public record says about a leak adjustment
For a high bimonthly bill, EID directs customers to first check the low-flow indicator on the meter with all indoor and outdoor water turned off, then inspect irrigation timers, toilets, pools, hoses, landscaping, and timer resets after power outages. EID is responsible to the meter; the property owner is responsible for customer-side plumbing and should use a plumber if needed. The public FAQ does not publish a universal leak-credit formula or receipt-based adjustment.
