Mail, text, and in-person payment instructions
Pay by text
The new Greeley Utility Portal can send leak warnings to a customer’s phone and provides real-time water-use monitoring, but the current official portal pages do not publish a text-to-pay keyword, short code, or payment opt-in sequence. Customers should enroll through the portal using the account number, latest statement amount, and email address, and should not treat a leak alert as a payment authorization.
Mail-in address
City of Greeley, Utility Billing, P.O. Box 1928, Greeley, CO 80632. Include the detachable payment portion of the bill and never mail cash. Customers should confirm the current account number printed on the post-November-2025 bill because the new portal launch changed account identifiers and required former autopay users to re-enroll.
Counters, drop boxes, and office hours
The city’s current utility-payment page directs customers to pay in person at the new City Hall, 1200 11th Avenue, Greeley, Colorado. Greeley Water & Sewer’s administrative/customer-service office is listed at 1001 11th Avenue, second floor, with Monday–Friday hours of 8 a.m.–5 p.m.; call 970-350-9811 to confirm whether a specific counter, cash desk, or drop-off service is operating at that office before visiting. The public page does not publish a separate drop-box schedule. Online and account payment tools are available 24/7, and third-party payment-location details are not presented as the city’s preferred current route.
