Notice and timing
How delinquency is handled
Grace period after the due date
A dedicated this detail was not publicly posted. The 2026 rules authorize late fees and revocation for nonpayment but do not publish a fixed grace-period day count.
Late-fee calculation
The 2026 rate schedule lists a $15 residential late fee per meter. Commercial/irrigation meters are charged 5% of the 30-days-past-due balance, capped at 25% of the amount due. The schedule also lists a $25 NSF check fee, $50 trip charge, and $50 reconnection fee.
Disconnection timeline
ECCV's 2026 rules state that late payment may lead to a late fee, interest, penalties, and revocation of service, but the public documents reviewed do not publish an exact day-by-day due-date-to-shutoff calendar. Reconnection requires payment of the reconnection fee and all outstanding past-due charges.
