Notice and timing
How delinquency is handled
Grace period after the due date
Bills are due when rendered under the county code; the reviewed County code states that a 10% late charge applies after the past-due date. A separate grace period is not stated.
Late-fee calculation
A 10% late charge is added when payment is not received by the past-due date. The County code also allows service termination after 60 days from the rendered bill if payment has not been received, subject to the published rules.
Disconnection timeline
Day 0 is the rendered bill and payment is due when rendered. After the past-due date, a 10% late charge applies. If payment is not received within 60 days of the date rendered, the County may disconnect and terminate the account without further notice under the County code; restoration requires the final statement and a new application with the current guarantee deposit.
