Provider-specific review
What the public record says about a leak adjustment
The customer is responsible for water lost on the customer side of the meter, but may request a courtesy rate adjustment. The leak must be repaired within 30 days after Authority notification or customer detection, and the request must be filed within two months of repair. The customer must keep the balance fully paid or maintain arrangements while the request is pending. Proof is mandatory: a parts receipt, licensed-plumber invoice, or a signed self-repair letter describing the work and repair date; no leak credit is issued without the required documentation. The reviewed form does not state a percentage formula or dollar cap and expressly says submission does not guarantee approval.
