Mail-in address

City of Rio Rancho, P.O. Box 209053, Dallas, TX 75320-9053 for bank bill-pay/lockbox payments. The City also lists City of Rio Rancho Utilities Department, 3200 Civic Center Circle NE, Rio Rancho, NM 87144 for payments using the City's return envelope/instructions; bank bill-pay users should update the Dallas lockbox address because processing may take up to five days.

Customers can also generate a Paymentus code for participating retail locations; retail hours and fees vary.
