What the public record says about a leak adjustment
Norman’s current public pages provide leak alerts through the new MyUtility portal and identify the Line Maintenance Division for meter leaks, but they do not publish a guaranteed residential high-bill credit formula, repair-receipt checklist, number-of-adjustments limit, or sewer-credit calculation. The Utility Customer Service Division does process adjustments, so a customer should preserve the usage alert, repair documentation, and plumber invoice and request review through 405-217-7739. The current portal’s consumption history and threshold alerts are the primary early-warning tools.
