No public 2026 text-to-pay keyword or enrollment workflow was identified on LCA’s official customer-payment pages; customers should use the Paymentus portal or the toll-free automated phone system instead.

Mail-in address

Allentown Residents: Lehigh County Authority, P.O. Box 3758, Allentown, PA 18106. The authority publishes a separate P.O. Box 3210 address for non-city residents.

Counters, drop boxes, and office hours

LCA’s Allentown customer-service office is at 1300 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Allentown, Pennsylvania, with secure drive-through payment drop-box access at any time. The LCA main office/customer-care location is 1053 Spruce Road, Wescosville, PA, also with a secure drop box. Customers can pay in cash or by debit card at any Walmart Customer Service desk with the LCA bill stub and account number; Walmart charges a $2 service fee. LCA’s customer-care office is open Monday through Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.; the public page does not publish a staffed counter schedule for the two LCA drop-box locations.

Paymentus supports credit/debit cards, bank account or e-check, PayPal, Amazon Wallet, and Venmo; recurring payments and paperless billing can be enabled after registration.

Convenience fees

LCA advertises the Paymentus online portal as free and does not state a separate online or automated-phone fee on its 2026 payment page. Cash payment at Walmart carries a $2 service fee; final transfer bills must be paid by check, cash, or money order and cannot be paid online or by phone.

Fees can vary by payment type, channel, account class, and processor terms. The checkout screen is the final fee disclosure.

Choose the payment channel that fits your deadline

The safest payment path is the one published by LCA ALLENTOWN DIVISION and matched to the account information on your bill. Online portals are convenient, but telephone, mail, counter, and drop-box options may follow different posting schedules and may use different fees.

For a routine payment, save the final confirmation page or IVR number and check when the transaction will post. For a same-day shut-off notice, do not assume that submitting a card payment automatically stops a field order; ask the provider what amount and confirmation are required.
