First Utility’s customer-service/payment office is at 122 Durwood Road, Knoxville, TN 37922. The customer-service office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Customers may drop off payments there. The official payment page lists cash, check, money order, Visa, Discover, and Mastercard; credit-card payments carry a 2.45% convenience fee. The portal also supports account payments, auto-draft, e-billing, and quick pay.
