Mail-in address

Utility Billing Department, 1200 E. Broad St., Mansfield, TX 76063. Include the account number on all mailed payments; the city also accepts electronic bill-payment services through banking centers.

Counters, drop boxes, and office hours

Payments are accepted at the Utility Billing Department inside Mansfield City Hall, 1200 E. Broad St., Mansfield, TX 76063. The city publishes Utility Billing at 817-276-4230 and directs customers to the department for current counter hours; online/phone payment is available when the counter is closed. Service connections are also handled at City Hall, while the Chris W. Burkett Service Center is at 620 S. Wisteria St.
