Payment channels

Pay Corpus Christi Water (City of Corpus Christi Water Utilities)

Use the provider’s verified online, telephone, mail, or counter instructions. Check the final confirmation screen for the amount, processing date, and any transaction fee before submitting.

Primary online route

Use the official payment portal

The direct portal is the fastest route when it is available. The provider identifies its payment gateway as Infor CloudSuite / Infor utility resident portal. Never enter account credentials into a lookalike site reached through an unsolicited message.

Alternative channels

Mail, text, and in-person payment instructions

Pay by text

A dedicated this detail was not publicly posted. Corpus Christi's current official payment page identifies online payment/autopay, a dedicated payment telephone line, mail, H-E-B, and City Hall, but does not publish a text-to-pay short code, keyword, or SMS enrollment workflow.

Mail-in address

The current City payment page instructs customers to use the return envelope supplied with the monthly utility statement. The Utility Billing Office contact address is 2726 Holly Road, Corpus Christi, TX 78415; earlier official bill instructions used City of Corpus Christi, P.O. Box 659880, San Antonio, TX 78265-9143. Customers should follow the current remittance address printed on their statement rather than substituting the office street address.

Counters, drop boxes, and office hours

Payments may be made at the Utility Billing Office/City Hall, 1201 Leopard Street, Corpus Christi, Texas, on the first floor, and at any H-E-B store in Corpus Christi. City customer-service representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; customers should confirm counter hours before visiting. H-E-B payments can take up to two business days to post and must be made by cash, credit card, or debit card; H-E-B does not accept checks. The official payment page also supports mailed payments and the City payment portal. Returned checks incur a $30 NSF fee and must then be paid by cash, card, money order, or cashier's check.

Accepted digital instruments

What you can use online

The City's Infor resident portal supports online bill payment and AutoPay. The official payment information identifies credit cards, debit cards, and bank-account autopay/electronic payment capability; the City also operates a dedicated phone-payment line. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other named digital wallets are not separately identified in the current official materials.

2026 transaction pricing

Convenience fees

A dedicated this detail was not publicly posted. The official 2026 rate sheets and customer payment page do not state a current flat online card fee, percentage surcharge, or e-check fee. The City does publish a $30 returned-check/NSF fee and separate delinquency/reconnection fees, which are not online processing surcharges.

Fees can vary by payment type, channel, account class, and processor terms. The checkout screen is the final fee disclosure.

Payment guidance

Choose the payment channel that fits your deadline

The safest payment path is the one published by Corpus Christi Water (City of Corpus Christi Water Utilities) and matched to the account information on your bill. Online portals are convenient, but telephone, mail, counter, and drop-box options may follow different posting schedules and may use different fees.

For a routine payment, save the final confirmation page or IVR number and check when the transaction will post. For a same-day shut-off notice, do not assume that submitting a card payment automatically stops a field order; ask the provider what amount and confirmation are required.

Never send your account number, password, card details, or bank information to Water Ledger. Those details belong only on the provider’s verified payment channel or at an authorized counter.
