Mail, text, and in-person payment instructions
Pay by text
Fort Worth publishes SMS text notifications for new bills and account alerts through MyH2O, but it does not publish a text keyword or SMS reply-to-pay enrollment path. Register at the MyH2O portal or app, enable paperless billing/communication preferences, and choose email and/or SMS notifications; the portal's payment action still requires an online card or bank-draft transaction.
Mail-in address
Fort Worth Water, P.O. Box 961003, Fort Worth, TX 76161-0003. Customers should use the return envelope and payment stub, make checks or money orders payable to Fort Worth Water Department, and never mail cash. The City separately lists P.O. Box 870, Fort Worth, TX 76102 for correspondence and bill-adjustment documentation.
