The direct portal is the fastest route when it is available. The provider identifies its payment gateway as AVR Cloud / UtilityView payment portal. Never enter account credentials into a lookalike site reached through an unsolicited message.

Mail, text, and in-person payment instructions

Pay by text

No confirmed San Leon text-to-pay keyword or SMS enrollment workflow is published. The district does offer recurring ACH bank draft and recurring credit-card payments, which customers set up in the office or by submitting the recurring-payment form; this is not the same as text-to-pay.

Mail-in address

San Leon MUD, 443 24th Street, San Leon, TX 77539. Mail the bill tear-off with a check or money order, do not mail cash, and write the MUD account number or physical address on the payment.

Counters, drop boxes, and office hours

The district office at 443 24th Street, San Leon, TX 77539 is open Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., closed 12:00–12:30 for lunch, and Friday 7:30–11:30 a.m. Customers may pay at the office; after-hours drop slots are available at the door and in the parking lot. The district cautions customers not to put cash in a drop slot.

The current San Leon payment page does not state the 2026 online convenience fee amount. The portal’s checkout disclosure controls the applicable card charge; a separate confirmed 2026 e-check fee is not publicly stated.

The safest payment path is the one published by San Leon Municipal Utility District and matched to the account information on your bill. Online portals are convenient, but telephone, mail, counter, and drop-box options may follow different posting schedules and may use different fees.

For a routine payment, save the final confirmation page or IVR number and check when the transaction will post. For a same-day shut-off notice, do not assume that submitting a card payment automatically stops a field order; ask the provider what amount and confirmation are required.
