Enroll through the Prince William Water customer engagement portal: sign in or create an account, open My Profile, and select Pay by Text. The current provider page does not publish a keyword or short code; enrollment is initiated inside the authenticated portal.

Counters, drop boxes, and office hours

The Customer Service and Utility Permit counters at 4 County Complex Court, Woodbridge, VA 22192 are open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Check or money-order payments may be mailed, delivered at the main office, or placed in drop boxes. Drop boxes are at the main office, Wellington Road Operations Center, 8410 Virginia Meadows Drive, Manassas, VA, and Neabsco Maintenance Facility, 15801 Neabsco Road, Woodbridge, VA. Cash is accepted at the main headquarters during normal business hours but should not be placed in a drop box.

Credit and debit cards, free e-check/ACH payments, recurring scheduled bank payments, and bank-initiated EFT. Card payments are available online and by phone; the portal also supports account notifications and paperless billing.

$2.75 per credit/debit card payment. E-check payments are free according to the current payment-options page; the card fee is charged by the electronic payment vendor.

Choose the payment channel that fits your deadline

The safest payment path is the one published by Prince William Water (formerly Prince William County Service Authority) and matched to the account information on your bill. Online portals are convenient, but telephone, mail, counter, and drop-box options may follow different posting schedules and may use different fees.

For a routine payment, save the final confirmation page or IVR number and check when the transaction will post. For a same-day shut-off notice, do not assume that submitting a card payment automatically stops a field order; ask the provider what amount and confirmation are required.
