Mail, text, and in-person payment instructions
Pay by text
InvoiceCloud supports Pay by Text: after enrollment, bill notifications are sent by text in addition to email, and the customer can pay by replying using the default payment method. Registration is not required for one-time payments, but an account enables autopay and stored payment information.
Mail-in address
Mail payment in the return envelope supplied with the bill, include the return portion and account number, and make checks or money orders payable to City of Bremerton. The reviewed FAQ does not expose a separate street remittance address beyond Utility Billing, 345 6th Street, Suite 100, Bremerton, WA 98337-1891.
