The direct portal is the fastest route when it is available. The provider identifies its payment gateway as Payment Service Network (PSN); ACI Payments is an alternate card processor. Never enter account credentials into a lookalike site reached through an unsolicited message.

A dedicated this detail was not publicly posted. The current Racine Water payment page lists PSN, ACI, ACH and in-person options but no text-to-pay keyword or SMS enrollment sequence. Customers should use the verified payment page or call the Water Utility before responding to a payment text.

Mail-in address

Water & Wastewater Utilities, P.O. Box 14247, West Allis, WI 53214. Include the payment stub and make checks payable to City of Racine.

Counters, drop boxes, and office hours

Payments are accepted at City Hall, Room 103, 730 Washington Avenue, Racine, WI 53403, and Tri City Bank, 2704 Lathrop Avenue, Racine, WI 53405; the City says the bank location has no extra fee and requires the payment stub. City office hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. A 24-hour red drop box is outside City Hall on the west side.

PSN accepts credit card or checking/savings account; ACH direct withdrawal can be authorized from checking or savings. ACI accepts credit card. Recurring ACH is available and payments are drafted on the bill due date.

PSN credit card: 2.9% processing fee; PSN checking/savings: $0.45; ACI credit card: $5.50. Direct ACH authorization through the City is described separately.

Choose the payment channel that fits your deadline

The safest payment path is the one published by City of Racine Water and Wastewater Utilities and matched to the account information on your bill. Online portals are convenient, but telephone, mail, counter, and drop-box options may follow different posting schedules and may use different fees.

For a routine payment, save the final confirmation page or IVR number and check when the transaction will post. For a same-day shut-off notice, do not assume that submitting a card payment automatically stops a field order; ask the provider what amount and confirmation are required.
