Mail-in address

California American Water, P.O. Box 7150, Pasadena, CA 91109-7150. Mail the payment with the stub; the company requests no cash, staples or paper clips.

Counters, drop boxes, and office hours

California American Water allows barcode bill payment at authorized retail payment locations; the customer must bring the bill or know the amount and account barcode. The current page does not publish a single Coronado counter address or universal hours; customers should use the location finder or call 1-888-237-1333 Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.

The company states that the former $1.95 third-party credit-card transaction fee has been eliminated. Any processor or retail barcode charge shown by the live portal/location should be confirmed at checkout.
