Provider-specific review
What the public record says about a leak adjustment
Morgan Hill does not publish an automatic high-bill leak-credit formula, repair-receipt reimbursement schedule, maximum adjustment, or guaranteed percentage reduction for a private-side leak. Customers can use AquaTrax to view daily, weekly, monthly, and annual usage and receive possible-leak alerts, and may report a City water or sewer leak through the City’s SeeClickFix-linked request form. For a disputed or unusually high bill, the account holder should contact Utility Billing at (408) 779-7221, request clarification or correction, and if unresolved submit the Utility Billing Appeal Form to the Finance Director within 20 days of the original bill; the form places a courtesy hold on the disputed charges while reviewed but expressly does not guarantee an adjustment. Customers should retain repair invoices, photographs, meter readings, and leak dates for an account-specific review.
