Mail, text, and in-person payment instructions
Pay by text
CVWD’s InvoiceCloud portal explicitly supports Pay by Text. A customer registers or signs in through the official Your Account page, verifies the utility account, adds a mobile number, and follows InvoiceCloud’s enrollment and consent prompts; the feature can then send a payment prompt or link to the enrolled phone. CVWD does not publish a fixed keyword or SMS short code in the reviewed 2026 page, so the live InvoiceCloud prompts control. The customer must still review the bill and authorize each payment unless a separate autopay enrollment is selected.
Mail-in address
Cucamonga Valley Water District, P.O. Box 638, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91729-00638. The District’s CAP application and official forms publish this payment/correspondence address; customers should use the return address on the current statement when it differs.
Counters, drop boxes, and office hours
Cucamonga Valley Water District, 10440 Ashford Street, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730-2799. Customer-service hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.; the District is closed Fridays on the current customer pages. In-person service establishment, account assistance, payment support, and application submissions are handled through the District office. The reviewed 2026 pages do not list a public cashier counter, drop box, or accepted in-person instrument list, so customers should confirm before arriving.
