Pay by text

Register or log in to the Invoice Cloud account, save a default payment method, and select Pay by Text from the account or during an online payment. Invoice Cloud sends a confirmation to complete enrollment; afterward bill notifications arrive by text in addition to email and the customer can reply to pay with the default method. No public keyword is required or published.

Mail-in address

Use the return envelope supplied with the water bill and include the remit stub; the reviewed official billing page says payment goes directly to the processing department but does not display a separate printed lockbox address. For a routine payment, save the final confirmation page or IVR number and check when the transaction will post. For a same-day shut-off notice, do not assume that submitting a card payment automatically stops a field order; ask the provider what amount and confirmation are required.
