Notice and timing
How delinquency is handled
Grace period after the due date
0 days after the printed due date. The official bill guide states that payments made after the due date are considered late; no additional universal grace period is published.
Late-fee calculation
The FY2026 specific-service-charge schedule lists a delinquent fee equal to 1% of the delinquent amount due. The account application warns customers to contact WWS if a bill is not received so nonpayment does not cause interruption or late charges. Returned-bank-item charges can also apply under the automatic-payment authorization terms.
Disconnection timeline
The monthly bill identifies a due date and treats payment after that date as late. If the balance remains delinquent, WWS may interrupt service and add the published delinquent fee; the current public pages reviewed do not publish a fixed number of calendar days from due date to physical cutoff or a universal residential notice interval. Payment of the delinquent balance and applicable service charges is required to restore service.
