Pay by text
Fort Myers promotes WaterSmart usage monitoring, leak alerts, usage comparisons, and conservation notices. The utility-billing pages do not publish a separate text-to-pay keyword or SMS payment enrollment sequence; the assessment report says the City sends daily texts, voicemails, and emails for three days before a scheduled disconnection. Customers should use the online utility account or call (239) 321-8100 for current payment-notification enrollment.
