Provider-specific review
What the public record says about a leak adjustment
Customers should perform a digital-meter leak test, repair the issue, and submit a Water/Wastewater Adjustment Request through CSS. Requests must arrive no later than six months from the billing date and must include a repair invoice or parts receipts; unsupported requests are not processed. The County reviews the prior 12-month consumption average, may wait for a three-month normal-use history when necessary, excludes low-tier consumption and non-repair causes such as new sod, irrigation, pressure washing, reclaimed use, or a hose left on, and applies approved credits to future bills. Any remaining balance is due within 14 days or requires a payment arrangement.
