Pay Orange County Utilities – Water, Wastewater & Reclaimed Water

Use the provider’s verified online, telephone, mail, or counter instructions. Check the final confirmation screen for the amount, processing date, and any transaction fee before submitting.

Primary online route

Use the official payment portal

The direct portal is the fastest route when it is available. The provider identifies its payment gateway as Orange County Utilities’ SelectPayToday online account/payment platform; the public County pages do not identify the underlying processor by name.. Never enter account credentials into a lookalike site reached through an unsolicited message.

Phone IVR

(407) 836-5515 for 24-hour automated debit/credit-card and e-check payments; long-distance customers may use (800) 626-1140.

Alternative channels

Mail, text, and in-person payment instructions

Pay by text

The SelectPayToday portal lets customers choose text, email, or phone communication preferences for account notifications, but Orange County Utilities does not publish a text-to-pay keyword, SMS short code, or payment-by-text enrollment sequence. Customers must create an online profile or use guest payment at the portal and update their preferred contact method; payment itself is completed through the portal or automated IVR.

Mail-in address

Orange County Utilities, P.O. Box 105573, Atlanta, GA 30348-5573. Mail a check or money order with the bill-payment stub; customers should allow for mail transit because bills are issued every 28–35 days and late mail is not the County’s responsibility.

Counters, drop boxes, and office hours

The principal Orange County Utilities lobby and drive-through is at 9150 Curry Ford Road, Orlando, FL 32825, with weekday drive-through and payment service generally Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–5 p.m., excluding County holidays. The office accepts cash, check, money order, Visa/Mastercard-logo debit cards, and Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover credit cards. The west-side night drop box at the same administration building accepts checks or money orders only and is processed the next business day. Customers may also pay at participating Amscot and Walmart locations, but merchant fees may apply and transfer can take up to three days. The County’s online/payment center and IVR remain available 24/7.

What you can use online

The County’s online profile and guest-payment system accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards, Visa/Mastercard-logo debit cards, and electronic checks. Auto Pay can draft a credit card or bank account 10 calendar days after the billing date. The automated phone system accepts the same card classes and e-checks when the account is in good standing; the online wallet can store payment methods and the system supports scheduled one-time payments.

2026 transaction pricing

Convenience fees

Orange County Utilities states that online and automated-phone payments are available without an additional County payment charge; credit-card payments are limited to $2,500 per month. Amscot and Walmart charge their own merchant fees, and third-party payments can take up to three days to reach the County. Any processor fee shown at submission should be reviewed because the County page does not publish a separate percentage surcharge.

Fees can vary by payment type, channel, account class, and processor terms. The checkout screen is the final fee disclosure.

Payment guidance

Choose the payment channel that fits your deadline

The safest payment path is the one published by Orange County Utilities – Water, Wastewater & Reclaimed Water and matched to the account information on your bill. Online portals are convenient, but telephone, mail, counter, and drop-box options may follow different posting schedules and may use different fees.

For a routine payment, save the final confirmation page or IVR number and check when the transaction will post. For a same-day shut-off notice, do not assume that submitting a card payment automatically stops a field order; ask the provider what amount and confirmation are required.

Never send your account number, password, card details, or bank information to Water Ledger. Those details belong only on the provider’s verified payment channel or at an authorized counter.
