LVVWD’s current payment materials describe My Account, its mobile app, BillMatrix one-time online payment, monthly automatic payments, 24-hour voice response, kiosks, lobby, retail payment locations, mail, and Western Union, but do not publish a text-to-pay keyword, SMS short code, or opt-in procedure. Separate AMI leak alerts may be sent by text or automated call when a potential leak is detected, but that is an alert service rather than bill payment enrollment.
Mail-in address
Las Vegas Valley Water District, P.O. Box 2921, Phoenix, AZ 85062-2921. LVVWD warns customers not to rely on delayed satellite or third-party payments near the due date; retail and Western Union payments can take two to three business days and sometimes up to five business days to post. Customers should use the mailed bill information and allow the full posting period.
Counters, drop boxes, and office hours
The Valley View main office is at 1001 S. Valley View Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89153. Walk-up and drive-up self-service kiosks outside the lobby are available 24 hours a day; the indoor kiosk accepts cash, while the outdoor kiosk does not. Kiosks accept cash where available, check, debit cards bearing a credit-card logo, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and Diners Club International. The lobby accepts the same payment types Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Customers may also pay at participating Albertsons, Smith’s, Walgreens, Walmart, and Western Union locations; satellite payments generally take two to five business days and incur a convenience fee. Big Bend customers can use the kiosk at 1520 Thomas Edison Drive. A receipt and adequate lead time are recommended because retail payments may not post immediately.
