Provider-specific review
What the public record says about a leak adjustment
WHUD requires usage to be at least double the customer’s normal average. The adjustment removes 50% of the excessive usage above the average bill, may cover up to three months, and is limited to one leak adjustment per calendar year. Repair documentation is required, such as parts receipts, a repairer statement, or plumber invoice; pool-related leaks are not eligible for water adjustment but may qualify for sewer adjustment. Customers must continue monthly payments while the request is reviewed.
