Counters, drop boxes, and office hours
Utility Billing is at 450 Cypress Creek Road, Building 2, Cedar Park, TX 78613, open Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. The counter accepts cash, checks, money orders, and credit cards. A night-drop box is next to the Building 2 front door; the City says night-drop payments are posted the next business day.
