Mail, text, and in-person payment instructions
Pay by text
Kerrville does not publish a water-bill text-to-pay keyword or SMS payment enrollment path. Kerr County CodeRED can send emergency and drinking-water-contamination alerts by SMS, voice, email, or app after a resident registers, but this is an emergency-notification service rather than a payment mechanism. Customers should use Municipal Online Services or 833-262-5903 for payments.
Mail-in address
City of Kerrville, Utility Billing, 701 Main Street, Kerrville, TX 78028. The City specifies that mailed utility payments must be by check and are recorded on the date delivered by the postal service; a postmark does not determine the payment date.
Counters, drop boxes, and office hours
Payments can be made at Utility Billing, 701 Main Street, Kerrville, TX 78028, during the City’s published customer-service hours of Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. A payment drop box is located in the City Hall parking lot for after-hours payments. The public page identifies the address and drop box but does not publish a collection cutoff or list all counter instruments beyond the payment-method rules; mailed payments are check-only, while the City accepts card, cash, check, and other listed methods in the available channels.
