Provider-specific review
What the public record says about a leak adjustment
TWU confirms that a customer may receive a discounted sewer rate for documented water loss that did not originate from a toilet, sink, or bathtub issue, with valid proof of repair. The customer should stop or repair the leak, retain the plumber/parts receipt and repair date, compare the portal’s consumption history, and contact Customer Service at customerservice@txkusa.org or 903-798-3800 for the current adjustment process. TWU’s public pages do not publish a universal formula, gallon threshold, cap, or maximum number of billing periods; the Utility evaluates the proof and adjusts the eligible sewer component, not necessarily water, garbage, infrastructure, Riverbend, or tax charges. For an active utility-side leak, use 903-798-3880 or the after-hours emergency number.
