The reviewed EVWD payment pages do not advertise a text-to-pay enrollment program, keyword, or SMS short code. Customers can instead use the Tyler quick-pay page with the account number and last payment amount, register for the online account, or create a PayNearMe phone-generated payment code for cash payment at participating 7-Eleven locations.
Mail-in address
East Valley Water District, P.O. Box 3550, Ontario, CA 91761-0955. The District’s payment page identifies this lockbox for mailed payments; customers should retain their remittance documentation and contact Customer Service for any payment made close to a scheduled disconnection date.
Counters, drop boxes, and office hours
EVWD lists its headquarters at 31111 Greenspot Road, Highland, CA 92346 and the Sterling Natural Resource Center at 25318 5th Street, San Bernardino, CA 92410. Customer-service hours are Monday–Thursday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., the 2nd and 4th Tuesday 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and Friday 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., excluding holidays. The headquarters has a payment drop box for checks or money orders. The District also promotes cash payment at any 7-Eleven through PayNearMe: take the bill to the cashier, state the amount, and retain the receipt. Confirm whether the Sterling office is accepting walk-in payment before traveling; the published payment page specifically identifies the headquarters drop box.
