For Montgomery County: North Wales Water Authority, P.O. Box 1339, North Wales, PA 19454-0339. For Bucks County: P.O. Box 1018, Warrington, PA 18976-1061. Customers should use the county-specific remittance address printed on the bill.

Counters, drop boxes, and office hours

North Wales office: 200 West Walnut Street, North Wales, PA 19454, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; phone 215-699-4836. Warrington office: 1560 Easton Road, Warrington, PA 18976, phone 267-482-6940. The Authority's public FAQ identifies cash, checks, and electronic transfers as accepted legal-tender methods; customers should confirm counter and drop-box availability at their service-area office.
