Provider-specific review
What the public record says about a leak adjustment
WPJWA’s public FAQ teaches customers to turn off all faucets and appliances, watch the meter’s sweep hand or red telltale for 20-30 minutes, and investigate toilets, indoor plumbing, and outdoor service lines. The reviewed current public pages do not publish a standard bill-credit formula or repair-receipt filing process for a customer-side hidden leak, so customers should contact the Authority before assuming a high bill will be adjusted.
