What the public record says about a leak adjustment
Kerrville states that Texas law requires billing for all metered water, but as a courtesy Utility Billing will consider a leak-related account adjustment case by case; the adjustment is not required by City ordinance. A customer should stop or repair the leak, document the repair and dates, retain invoices or plumber records, review usage history, and contact Utility Billing at 830-258-1504 to request review. The public FAQ does not publish a standard mathematical formula, cap, proof checklist, or filing deadline, so any credit and sewer treatment must be confirmed for the account.
