Provider-specific review
What the public record says about a leak adjustment
Wylie’s utility program uses WaterSmart consumption information and the City budget reports that an online leak-adjustment form was implemented, but the current public pages reviewed do not expose a complete gallon threshold, formula, cap, deadline, or approval timetable. A customer should stop or repair the leak, retain plumber invoices, parts receipts, photographs, and before/after meter or WaterSmart usage records, identify the dates and location of the repair, submit the current City form promptly, and continue paying undisputed charges while staff reviews it. Approval, wastewater treatment of excess usage, and the amount of any credit remain subject to the current City policy and account review.
