Provider-specific review
What the public record says about a leak adjustment
BOPU provides leak-detection guidance: turn water off, observe whether the meter flow detector continues spinning or the digital usage number increases, inspect toilets and fixtures, and repair the source. The reviewed current public pages do not state a fixed high-bill credit formula, receipt package, maximum months, or annual frequency limit. Customers should record the meter reading, repair date, and plumber or parts receipts, then request a billing review from customer service; any adjustment is determined under BOPU account rules.
